At RANGRAAYA, we stand by the quality of our couture. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • With all original tags and packaging intact
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Not custom-made or specially ordered pieces (unless defective)

Return Process

  1. Contact us at house@rangraaya.com to initiate a return
  2. Receive return authorization and prepaid return label
  3. Pack the item securely in original packaging
  4. Ship the item using the provided return label
  5. Receive refund within 10 business days of item receipt

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued in the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or bespoke pieces (unless defective)
  • Items with visible signs of wear or damage
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items without original tags and packaging

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
